By accessing, registering for, or using any services provided by xe888, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all the terms set out herein.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the xe888 platform and are advised to leave this page. Lack of understanding of these Terms cannot be used as grounds for any future dispute.

To register and use xe888's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

XE888 reserves the right to request proof of identity at any time to verify member eligibility. Falsifying age or identity information may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds held in that account.

• You are solely responsible for the security of your account username and password.

XE888 reserves the right to temporarily freeze any account suspected of unauthorised access in order to protect the security of member funds.

XE888 supports a wide range of trusted deposit methods suited for Malaysian users. All deposits are processed securely through verified encryption systems.

• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name.
• Xe888 does not accept deposits from third parties or unidentifiable sources.
• Xe888 does not charge any additional fees for deposits; however, your e-wallet provider or bank may apply their own charges.

Xe888 members are entitled to withdraw available funds from their account cash balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per transaction.
• Maximum daily withdrawal: RM10,000 for standard accounts; higher limits apply for VIP members.
• The withdrawal method used must be the same as, or equivalent to, the method used for the deposit.

Users of the xe888 platform are strictly prohibited from doing any of the following:

• Registering more than one account using the same or different identities.

• Using a VPN or proxy to conceal your actual location in order to access promotions you are not eligible for.
• Participating in any activity intended to exploit or manipulate the xe888 bonus system.
• Spreading false or misleading information about xe888 on any public platform.
• Using funds derived from illegal activities to make deposits into an xe888 account.

There are two ways an xe888 account may be terminated – at the member's own request, or at xe888's discretion.

Termination at member's request: You may close your account at any time by contacting the xe888 customer support team. Before the closure is processed, you must fulfil all active rollover requirements and withdraw any eligible balance from your account.

Termination by XE888: xe888 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Confirmation that registration information is false or misleading.
• Activity suspected to be related to money laundering or fraud.
• Legal action or directives from the relevant authorities.
• Players confirmed to be under 18 years of age.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, xe888 shall not be liable for:

• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond xe888's control, such as internet infrastructure failures, natural disasters, or actions by authorities.

XE888 reserves the right to amend, update, or improve any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any material changes will be communicated through the following methods:

• Display an "Updated" notice on the Terms & Conditions page along with the latest effective date.

Continued use of the xe888 platform after the effective date of any changes to the terms is considered acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to close your account before the effective date.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unsuccessful, through arbitration or a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
